Access to the site blocked

    Would you have any idea why we’ve found ourselves blocked from accessing our own site. The problem is in Chrome and Firefox. We get the following message:
    ‘This webpage is not available
    ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
    Hide details
    Google Chrome’s connection attempt to londonmultimedianews.com was rejected. The website may be down, or your network may not be properly configured.’

    It’s accessible from an iPhone, but it’s rather essential to be able to edit and manage the site from a laptop or desktop.

    Any advice would be gratefully received.

    Hi – it sounds like wordpress.com have had a few problems this evening. I believe it’s now fixed.

    However if there’s still an issue then I would recommend contacting wordpress.com support. I only have knowledge of the theme and how it works – I’m afraid I can’t help with anything specific to wordpress.com

    Dear distinguished theme author, you’re absolutely right- the problem was with wordpress.com and everything was back to normal after we turned the lights out and slept for a few hours.
    As a precaution we changed passwords and deep-scanned computers with our anti-viral programmes.
    The theme continues to be a great success with us. Thank you for your prompt and helpful support.
    Everything resolved.
