Bio

Sarah is a passionate and devoted osteopath and nutritional therapist, no matter what the cause or duration of the problem she aims to give her patients long term resolution, rather than just symptom management. Sarah helps patients rediscover health both inside and out using hands-on techniques, home exercises and dietary advice. She specialises in women’s health, such as interstitial cystitis, postural problems during pregnancy, pelvic pain, and hormonal balance for PMS and the menopause. Sarah runs her own clinic in Canary Wharf, London, and is also the creator of Understanding Interstitial Cystitis, an information website for people with IC.
