I am needing to add the Yoast SEO Plugin to my website, but nowhere on the Dashboard is there an option for adding plugins, where/how can I add Yoast?

The blog I need help with is portraitsbyjenniferutahphotographer.com.

The only plugins allowed on WordPress.com are the ones listed here: Plugins
