  I wanted to transfer to wordpress.org is it possible for me to transfer the theme with it?

  Hi there – unfortunately themes purchased for wordpress.com are only for use on wordpress.com and can’t be transferred however you can purchase a self hosted version.

  If you have purchased the theme in the last 30 days then you can get a refund. There’s info on doing that here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  If you want to purchase it for a self hosted site you can do so here:
  https://prothemedesign.com/theme/monet/
