Do you know if this theme can be bought for a wordpress.org site?

Hello, I already write with “wordpress.com” and than after the advise from “wordpress” I contacted “Themezilla”.
No one can/wants really to help. I already bought this theme on “wordpress.com” but I want to move my site to “wordpress.org”. And want to move the theme, too. Because I already bought it.
“WordPress.com” told me I should contact “Themezilla”.
And “Themezilla” told me only “wordpress.com” could help me.

Because the theme was purchased from wordpress.com there isn’t a way to move the theme or to issue a refund directly from themezilla. The terms of sale are between wordpress.com your the theme purchaser so the only way to get a refund is to contact them directly. In regards to moving the theme, wordpress.com themes are fixed so the only way is to purchase the standalone version – you can export your content and data so that minimal work is needed to get you up and running ;)
