  I bought the premium theme and did not receive the theme in a zip format or any other format.

  How do I download the theme so that I can place it on my bluehost account?

  Hello Joel,

  Themes purchased on WordPress.com do not work for self-hosted/WordPress.org sites. If you’re trying to use the theme for self-hosted site, your best bet is to request a refund on your Paid Upgrades page and then purchase the theme for self-hosted/WordPress.org on our website here → The Theme Foundry.
