I am unable to get the featured image to show up on the blog page when using the magazine theme. The article on featured images does not include size specifications for that theme. Am I doing something wrong?

Also, on the home page, the featured image shows up extremely small. I currently have the image set to 600×250.

P.S. I received this response from the wordpress staff, who are also having trouble with this:

This is interesting. For some reason, the category tabs are pulling the image thumbnail even though the featured image is set as shown by the screenshot here:

I’ve tried multiple different settings to mimic the demo, but I’m still getting a smaller image in the content tab. Since the theme is created and managed by a third-party theme provider, would you mind posting a question here?

On the Appearance -> Widgets screen in the Featured Tabs widget, make sure you have the Slider size selected.

The featured thumbnail size is 150px on one side. The code that is showing in the screen shot shows the smaller size is selected in the widget.

Is there a way to have the image show up at the top of the post when viewing the post itself? Or do I have to manually add the image in at the top of the post?
