Widgets dont work

    Hi
    I just bought publisher for my blog and this comes up when I click on widgets :/
    I was hoping you could help me as I think its a glitch.
    There are no widget areas currently rendered in the preview. Navigate in the preview to a template that makes use of a widget area in order to access its widgets here.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    There isn’t a widget area on the homepage, so you’ll have to click a post or page to be able to preview the sidebar and widgets you are adding to it.

    thankyou for getting to me so quickly.
    Unfortunately I dont have much experience with WordPress and I dont really understand what you mean sorry. I want widgets to be on my homepage but when I go on ‘Pages’ I cant edit the home page which is called ‘ blog posts’.
