MemberHello,
I am really new to WordPress and do not have any experience with code. I am trying to add the Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Tumblr icon to the top right side of the menu bar, can someone help me do this? I read in one forum that I have to “widgetize” my blog, if so, can someone instruct me on how to do so. I tried pasting their code into the customize code section but it didn’t do anything.
Thank you so much for your help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Theme AuthorHi there!
In Shelf, these icons are called Subscribe links. Shelf supports Twitter, Facebook, and Google+. To add these links, please follow these steps:
1. Go to Appearance → Theme Options;
2. Under Subscribe links, enable your selected social networks;
3. Add your social links;
4. Click Save changes.If you haven’t already, be sure to read through your theme documentation.
Thanks! Is there any way to add pinterest and Tumblr to the menu as well?

Theme AuthorYou’re welcome!
Shelf does not support Pinterest and Tumblr. Sorry that isn’t the answer you’re hoping to hear.
That is extremely disappointing that I paid $100 to have this theme and it isn’t up to date with all social media platforms. Is there any way that I can request that you support additional platforms? If not, I would like to lodge a formal customer service complaint against your service.

Theme AuthorHi Gabrielle,
We’re sorry the theme doesn’t meet your requirements. With regard to social media platforms, we don’t support them all with all our themes. I understand this might be frustrating. If you’re unhappy with Shelf, you could get a full refund for the theme and switch to one of our newer themes that supports Pinterest (like Snap). We don’t have any themes with a Tumblr icon, so that wouldn’t be an option. If you wanted to use the theme on a self-hosted WordPress site, you could add your own icons manually.

MemberI would like a refund and would prefer Snap. I didn’t realize this theme doesn’t support categories and search. Please advise.
