White area appearing under homepage slider

I have been using the post slider on the homepage for some time. Recently, when it is first loaded a white area appears under the slider posts. This disappears when the slider changes.
I’ve tried changing the order of the posts in the slider, with no change.
The page is: https://classic-supercars.co.uk/home-2/.
It’s not always consistent in it’s behavior, but generally when you reload the page the problem is visible. I have tried it on other desktop browsers, tablets and mobiles. All do the same.
