Trouble with extra wide images … continued

    Hi Sonia,

    Sorry to open a new forum topic, but I’ve been trying to respond to your question multiple times, but it doesn’t seem to work. WordPress just “eats” my reply, so I’m guessing you don’t see it either.

    My answer is: I’ve never used the block editor so far.

    I also just discovered that, even when inserting the same picture in the same blog post, it sometimes lets me change it to extra-wide and sometimes it doesn’t. If I change it to extra-wide and it doesn’t work, it usually stays small and shifted to the left side.

    Hi Patricia,

    Thanks for the additional information. It sounds like something is going on in the editor itself. I’m going to ask one of the WordPress.com support folks to jump and help you with this as I don’t have access to your backend.
