  Hello, I was trying to prep this site on wordpress with the intent of migrating the theme and contents to a self hosted wordpress site later.

  Is it possible to download this theme, so that I may upload it to my self hosted wordpress site?

  thank you for contacting us.

  On WordPress.com on Premium plan is not possible to download themes. WordPress.com works differently from self hosted WordPress.org. Find more about it here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
  Also WordPress.com version of the theme is not 100% same as the theme version for the self-hosted websites.
