The Blog Title is appearing onto my Custom Header

My Blog Title is appearing in the middle of my Custom Header. If I go to settings and remove it, it will not come up in Reader as a blog title.
The blog I need help with is: helensadornmentsblog.wordpress.com
I read through old posts and it looks like I’m not the only one who has had this issue but I don’t see where it was resolved. Annoying.
