Switching from Maywood to Veni

  Hi! I have used the theme Maywood in the beginning and started to fill it in but decided then to switch on Veni theme. But it does not show all the features Veni has. Is it possible at all to switch from one theme to another smoothly? Can you help me to figured it out?
