Strange widget behavior
Hi Ben, here I come again, hope you are doing well.
Tried contacting WP support first, they said they don’t know what the issue is, told me to contact the widget owner and offered to hide it via CSS (which of course I don’t want, this is not solving the problem…)
Here’s my conversation with them and the issue:
Hi there. Need help with a strange widget behavior.
Hi there! How can I help you?
Hi there. Please, I need help with a strange widget bahavior
At the very end of my home page, scrolling all the way down, there’s a widget I used for Crowdsignal survey which I am unable to see it at my dashboad to remove it
Give me a few moments to check, please.
Widget’s titled: Poll # 109 – Podcast # 47 – Throwdown Barão Vermelho: Carnaval x Na Calada da Noite – escolha o melhor álbum (Poll Closed)
Thanks for your patience. I see that you have a third-party theme active, and please note that we don’t provide support for third-party themes or plugins here.
Also, I’m not sure how that survey got there, but we can make a one-time exception and hide it with CSS :)
Would that work for you?
ok, I’ll contact the theme owner
no, please don’t hide with CSS
this is not solving the problem
Thanks and best,
