MemberThe images for “like us on Facebook” and Twitter feed are showing on Chrome and Safari but not on Firefox. I’m using version 45.0.1 on a Mac.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Theme AuthorHi Mary,
can you please log out of your Facebook and Twitter account, refresh your website page and check if you see the images.
All the best,
AnaHi Ana,
I removed the FB URL in the gadget, saved, and then put it back. Is that what you meant? Anyway, the image still does not show in Firefox. How can I send screenshots to you?

Theme AuthorHi Mary,
you’ll need to change some permissions on your Facebook page to make it visible to logged out users.
If you set your page to only be visible to users who are 21 and over, Facebook will not display your page to logged out users. This is because Facebook can’t determine how old someone is until they log in.
The same is true for country restrictions.
Your target audience might not be 13 – 21, however if you restrict any of those ages, you have just stopped all age groups from finding your page.
Here are the instructions to reset your settings:
1: Go to your page 2: Click Edit Page then Edit Settings 3: Click Edit to the right of Country Restrictions 4: Remove any countries (Hide this Page from viewers in these countries will automatically be selected) 5: Click Save Changes 6: Click Edit to the right of Age restrictions 7: Select Anyone (13+) 8: Click Save Changes
Hope this helps.
All the best,
AnaHi Ana,
I double checked the FB page settings and they were already set to all countries and all ages. The Twitter image also doesn’t show on Firefox.

StaffHi Mary, I see both widgets with images in Firefox 45.0.1. on Mac 10.9.5:
Facebook – https://cloudup.com/cyj6Q6fWl9T
Twitter – https://cloudup.com/cjtd2OijWWNCould you try restarting Firefox in Safe Mode to see if a browser extension may be conflicting:

That did the trick Kathryn! Thank you so much for suggesting that.

StaffGreat! Now if you turn off all your extensions and then turn them back on one at a time, you can find the culprit that’s interfering. If you use an ad-blocker, it might be one of the blocker’s lists that’s incorrectly seeing the widgets as advertising. Good luck!
Thanks Kathryn! I appreciate the tips.
