  I have a small photo that looks like a WSJ hedcut. I was wondering if it is possible to have it appear before the name of the author on the homepage and the posts?

  Either way, as always, love your theme and the help you provide!

  Hello,

  Unfortunately, it’s not possible to display any avatars/profile pictures in the post meta section. The theme is designed to display only a text in this section. Adding a profile picture would require a theme modifications.

  The profile picture is only shown in the author section in single views (below the post content). Here is an example: https://hermesdemo.wordpress.com/2015/02/24/why-do-we-kiss-the-science-behind-a-first-kiss/

  I’m sorry to have to ask this, but can you tell me what I have to do to get the profile picture to show up as the example? I tried to look through the site to figure it out, but to be honest, I am not the most technically proficient user.
