    Hello!

    The shortcodes come with either the Business Plan so you can use plugins or through a self-hosted site. Unfortunately without the plugin active you won’t be able to use the Shortcodes.

    For future reference, you’ll want to make sure you are using the correct demo site for the WordPress.com platform: https://connectdemo.wordpress.com/.
