SHELF response form on page(s)

  Hiya,

  Any way to get rid of this? For every page that is created a form is added stating ‘tell us what you think’. Thanks in advance.

  If these are already published, you’ll need to turn them off on each individual post/page separately. Here’s a tutorial.
