After advice that i’d need to set my publicize accounts up again, I removed my publicize accounts and re-added them, then went under customize and set FB and Twitter back up, but a few hours later: nothing. Any ideas?

Hi there, thanks for the report. We are looking into why the social icons aren’t showing and will keep you posted.
Your social icons should be showing now.
For social icons to be displayed in this theme, you need to have a custom menu set up under Appearance > Menus. We did that for you, and your social icons are now appearing.
Here’s the full guide to custom menus. Just keep in mind that if you add new pages in the future, you’ll need to add them manually to your menu.

Hi there, I’ve also been trying to figure out how to add social icons to my top menu. I followed the instructions above, combined with the instructions on the custom menu and advanced custom menu guides. The icons don’t seem to be showing up for me either. Can you help? Thanks so much.
PS: I posted my own question on this topic several days ago but haven’t received a response yet.
Okay, I dug deeper and figured out how to add the icons for Facebook and Twitter. They look great. But I’m wondering — can I also add an icon for Instagram? That is actually my most popular social media stream. I realize this will probably require some CSS editing but I would love some guidance. I really struggle with CSS. Thanks again.
