Search & Filter plug-in not compatible with Veggie Theme?
Hi there. We are https://platein28.com and use your Veggie Theme and have loved it. We contacted you back in January about various filtering plug-ins not working on our site. You suggested “Search & Filter,” which we used and really liked for a while. Now, however, the plug-in is messing with some category pages on our site. While using Search & Filter Pro in conjunction with Post Grid, two of our menu items, which are also category pages, no longer link to their respective category pages. When we click on the menu items “TV Time” and “Blog”, we get the following message: “It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching can help.” (example: https://platein28.com/tv-time/)
When we deactivate Search & Filter Pro, our “TV Time” and “Blog” menu/category items work again.
Any idea how to fix this so that we can use this plugin? Is it possible the plug-in is not compatible with your Veggie Theme?
I know you originally didn’t think a plug-in functionality issue like this could be theme related, but we don’t have any other answers.

The blog I need help with is platein28.com.
Hi Marcie & Julie,
unfortunately you’ll need to contact plugin authors about this issue as this can be something with the plugin settings. Maybe you can try to navigate to the Settings-Permalinks and hit on the save button again and check if those 2 pages are still search pages.
If you deactivate plugin, those pages are working normally? If yes, it’s something plugin related and you’ll need to contact them.
Hope this helps a bit. Please let me know what they say or if you managed to resolve this issue with Permalink save button.
Maybe check the plugin setting to see if there are any settings related to the category pages.
It’s hard for me to say without checking it directly. It’s best to ask plugin authors about it.
All the best,
