Removing Audio Files – Images still showing

I deleted some audio files from my media library but the images are still showing on the “Listen” page of my website and I can’t figure out how to get them off the page.
The blog I need help with is: melissabagwell.com
The image showing on the Listen page is the Featured Image. Removing the featured image will remove that image from the page.
