re-installation

    Hi,

    I’d like to install my soundcheck theme on another domain (www.ocss-project.com/blog ) instead of my current install on ocss-project.com, how can I do that?

    Hi Dave. Both of the domains that you’ve linked to are non-WordPress.com domains (they are self-hosted), so I’m afraid that we won’t be able to assist you in this forum with those two domains because there would be no way to access your Dashboard and appropriate information.

    However, it does look like you have purchased Soundcheck for the domain http://ocssproject.wordpress.com/, which currently redirects to http://ocss-project.com/ (a non-WordPress.com hosted environment). If you wanted to use that theme then you’d need to map your domain to WordPress.com. Otherwise, if you wanted to use the theme in a self-hosted environment, you would need to purchase the theme directly through Press75 (you are still eligible for a Soundcheck refund through WordPress.com if you go fully self-hosted).

    Thank you for your answer, I’ll go for the refund and make a new purchase from press75.

    So my last question is, how do I get refund?

    Hi Dave. From your WordPress.com Dashboard go to Store → My Upgrades to begin the refund process for your theme. All the best.
