    I have an existing site: cuffedfestival.wordpress.com
    I have created a new URL: cuffedfestivalmarch2016.wordpress.com
    I plan to keep the original up and running until I have the new ready.
    How do I ‘download’ the newly purchased theme to the new url?

    Themes are purchased for a specific URL, not an account.

    For a new site, you will need to purchase the theme again.
