    Why my projects does not appear on the main page?

    Are you referring to your Portfolio Projects? Currently, only Posts will be displayed on your front page if you have the “Front page displays” setting set to “Latest posts” in Settings → Reading.

    One way to show Projects published in the Portfolio content type is to use the [portfolio] shortcode in a Page. You can then set that page to display as the front page via Settings → Reading → Front page displays → A static page.

    Outside of that, there is not a way to show projects on the front page in a way that uses the themes various layouts. I may be able to create a new Page Template that will pull in all your projects, and then that could be used as the front page using the same method described in the paragraph above.

    Portofolio projects is a new feature on WP.com, so this is a good question and something to think about.
