Problem after changing URL

I just changed the url of my wordpress.com blog (the part that comes before wordpress.com) using WP instructions and now links within the theme (from home page to static pages) are broken and images aren’t showing up. I’ve tried researching this and can’t seem to find a simple concise answer on how to fix this – the more I research it the more confusing it gets. It was not clear in the instructions that this would happen when changing the name (I thought WP would migrate everything for me!) or I wouldn’t of done it. Please help! I had no links to anything outside of my blog, other than images uploaded from my computer.

Figured it out, there was a simple solution it just wasn’t very obvious. Sorry to bother everyone!
