    Posts are currently ordered chronologically. Is there a way to change this?
    I would like to display some older posts in a higher position on the main page.

    Hello,

    To display some posts at the top, you will need to make them sticky. Sticky posts are always displayed on the top of other posts, regardless of the chronological order, and they are twice in size big. Check our demo – post “The Pickpocket Wallet” is a sticky post.

    To make post sticky, please follow this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-and-page-visibility/#sticky-posts-posts-only

    That’s the only way to make posts appear on the top, without changing their publishing date.
