    Hello,

I would like to direct all Portfolio page images to the corresponding galleries. There doesn’t seem to be a way to feature galleries on the portfolio page without going through a post. Is there a way to redirect a post to a gallery page? Thank you for your help!

The blog I need help with is natashajanszdesign.com.

    Hello!

The easiest way of doing this is to setup galleries of images using the gallery shortcode (https://en.support.wordpress.com/gallery/) within your posts featured in the portfolio page. It’s only possible to feature posts in the portfolio templates.

    Thank you,

    Rebecca

    Hello,

Thank you for your help! I ended up codeing a similar structure into a default page. However I’m having some difficulty with with coding.

Once I set it up and save it, there seems to be extra coding that adds itself and I can’t stop it for doing it. Maybe not asking in the right place, but figured I’d ask the author first.

    Examples down here:

    `
    [caption id="attachment_460" align="aligncenter" width="278"]1agnes-title

    <h1>Laurelgrove</h1>

    [/caption]‘

This code is within a table and the
and   automatically add themselves when I save them. I remove them but they end up coming back. I have other tables on the site, coded the same way but these seem to be the only ones that keep doing that.

    Hello Natasha,

What exactly is the code adjusting on your page? It’s probably coming from WordPress.com’s image editing and acceleration service to help you get faster load times on your site. Otherwise it would be theme CSS causing a conflict with your gallery. Are you able to provide an example page where this is happening so I can have a better idea what the best solution might be in your case?

    Thanks!

    Rebecca
