I am interested in transitioning my blog from the 2016 theme to Broadsheet; however, I would like to make sure that Broadsheet can accommodate the following:
1. I would like to retain the banner in my current blog in a comparable position.
2. I prefer that the post font, color, and font size not change.
3. Would any of the widgets in the rightmost column need to be changed/removed to avoid duplication?
Is that possible in Broadsheet? Would that be easy to implement?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
Hi there – thanks for the interest in my theme.
You will be able to add your header image to the site underneath the site title.
You will probably need to change the fonts with some custom css, however this should be relatively easy. If you decide to switch theme then I can help with this. Just keep a note of the font face, size, and colour you would like and I can provide the css needed.
You can change the widgets however you like. I see no reason you can’t use the same ones.
Note that using the customizer you can preview changes to themes and site setup without setting anything live, so you should be able to test everything without pressing the publish button.
