Phone and Tablet cut off Site Logo
I just went on the phone version of my site and I noticed that the logo is cut off to the right. However the dimensions of my logo are below the maximum 500 x 500 listed on the site, (377 x 98).
What can I do to ensure the logo displays correctly on non-Desktop versions?
Finally is there a way to move the word ‘Menu’ so that it isn’t overlaying the logo?
Thanks and amazing theme!
The blog I need help with is adamhudsondop.co.uk.
Please share some screenshot URLs.
It just affects the phone version
I replied to your other thread with the solution. Please check this.
The Menu location worked great, thanks! However the site logo is still cut off in the phone version, as seen here: https://imgur.com/k9d6MbS
It should read:
But currently it reads as:
And cuts off some of the letters.
The image is below the maximum 500 x 500, so is there something I need to do to ensure that the full logo is visible on mobile devices?
Thanks and great theme!
Which phone are you using? Please share.
I’ve tested on the following phones:
– Apple iPhone 6
– Apple iPhone 5S
– Apple iPhone 4
– Xioami Mi A1
– A Samsung device
This is in portrait (vertical) mode. So as a person would typically be holding there phone.
Is there a way to correct this? As I’m looking to launch soon and suspect many of my visitors to be on phone.
On my Android phone, it looks fine. Please test with this site: http://mobiletest.me/iphone_5_emulator/?u=https://adamhudsondop.co.uk/. It shows fine there too.
Thank you for your response. When did you check?
The main reason that it is showing correctly is because I inserted some additional CSS last week as seen below:
max-width: 377px; (change this value depending on how wide your logo is)
Please feel free to offer that to anyone else who needs it for their logos to display correctly on mobile devices.
Thanks for all your help!
