PDF Directions?

    Hey there,
    I’m having a little trouble with a few things to do with the Ladder theme, at the moment I’m stuck on the Widgets for my front page. No matter what I do, no widget whatsoever appears on my home page! I’m sure its something really obvious that I’m overlooking, but I would just like to find out if there is some kind of short manual provided by Viva that gives us some clues as to how to customise our blog smoothly? I have noticed an instructional pdf available on other sites (creativemarket.com) however it appears that you need to register an account to access it. Any pointers?

    Oh, and my blog is still set to private as I am obviously still ironing out some kinks and uploading content, I will endeavour to show you my work at some point in the near future! Cheers.
