  Hello !

  I wanted to use the Video Archive template for my videos page, and your support says to select the template when creating the new page. Unfortunately, when I create a new page, I don’t even have the option of templates in the page attributes.
  Did I miss something ?

  First, be sure you are creating a new Page and not a new Post; Posts by default cannot assign a page template. The Page Attributes panel should be located in the sidebar on the right hand side of the New/Edit Page screen.

  If possible, can you provide a link to the page you are wanting to use this page template on?
