Page format on iphone Safari

  When I view one of my blog posts through a twitter link to my blogs on iphone Safari, it goes to a wordpress mobile format, instead of my blog format. The page has a blue bar at the top and doesn’t look like my blog page. I asked WP about this, and they confirmed that it does the same when they linked to the blog posts through Safari. They gave me this link. Is there a way to correct this?
