Optimum post image size

You advised to post square images but that crops the top off as I just found out in my latest post. I still cannot seem to size the post image so it appears intact at smaller size on the home page.
Your advice would be appreciated.

Hi. All images are cropped from the centre, so we would suggest trying to find an image size that works ok for you. Most of the homepage thumbnails look ok to me on your site.
