Not able to create a new gallery in my portfolio section

  Where is the option to create a new photo gallery in my portfolio section. I don’t have this option on right bottom of a new post?

  Just checked this out, looks like you’ve got three Portfolio pages listed in the sidebar, does this mean that you’ve got it figured out?
