To get the circles you would need to switch back to a blog homepage in Reading Settings and publish new posts containing more information and a gallery for each product.
It may be “blogging” as far as WordPress.com nomenclature is concerned but with a little tweaking to the site settings, your users don’t have to know that.
You can use Content Options to eliminate blogging-related things like dates, for example.

If you require ecommerce features, unfortunately Bari does not support WooCommerce and it will likely not be a good fit for your site. There are a number of themes on WordPress.com that do, however: https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/store
To use WooCommerce, you would also need to be on a Business plan.
