No search option on top (mobile) – on header or parallel to menu bar

How can i add search option (without using widget) so that it can view parallel to Menu bar. If we add widget on side bar it locates below the posts.

That is not supported by default, I’m sorry. But you should be able to achieve that with extra plugins.
