new logo doesn't appear

  I’m trying to update my site’s logo image, but when I choose the new image it doesn’t appear on my website. I had trouble with my logo disappearing a while ago, and your support team got it back up for me. I’m wondering if this might not be connected?

  Are you still having problems setting up your logo image? I’m seeing a logo when I visit your website.

  Yes, I left the old logo up because it was better than no logo at all. When I try to put the new one up, it appears on the admin form, but not on the page itself. Any tips?

  Hello again,

  That is odd. Which file format are you using? I suggest you try .jpg or .png.

  Also, have you tried completely removing your logo image, saving, and then uploading a logo image again from your desktop?
