New dashboard – can't find a few things

    Hello, I stopped blogging for just under a year and when I came back I keep getting thrown over to the new dashboard. I much prefer the old dashboard because I knew where everything was…
    Anyway, Can you help – where is the option to change the images for the featured slider and the smaller slider in the middle of the home page? I knew how to check these options in the old dashboard but can’t find it in the new!

    Ok, I found the dashboard I know and love by clicking on WP admin… but at the top of the post it is telling me “There’s now an easier way to create on WordPress.com! Switch to the improved posting experience.” but why should I do that if I can’t modify the images in the featured thumbnails or slider? thanks!
