Hello. My site is http://www.blackholetummy.com. I want to know how I can remove the top square that says “Welcome to my new food blog”. Tried looking around everywhere but couldn’t find anything…
Another thing I wanted to do was to add About me, connect, search, subscribe, instagram, categories to the side… like the way it shows in the theme preview. How can I achieve that?

The “Welcome to my new food blog” probably appears only when your blog has no content. I see it disappear from your blog now. Let me know if you still need some help on this.
Regarding the sidebar, please go to Design > Customize > Widgets and add more widgets to the sidebar. For the details and video, please see this guide:
