Hi,
I’m having trouble customizing the Snap theme.
I set the Home page and Blog page as recommended and it looks fine.
But when I visit any other page, my header (that I set as Featured image) and side links (that I set in the Home page) disappear.
I didn’t find any way to set a Featured image for all the pages in my blog and the only way I can have my links on the side just like on the home page is by adding them in the side bar… That appears on the right.
Basically, what I would like to know is how to
– have every page and article of my blog feature the same stuff as my home page
– or at least set my Featured image everywhere so that it all looks like it’s part of the same website (which is not the case right now).
Thanks.
Hi there!
The Home Page featured image is only intended to appear on that page (as you discovered). However, you can add a logo that will appear in the site header on every page. Does that sound like a workable solution for your situation?
For instructions on adding a logo, check out the theme tutorial and scroll down to the “Logo” section.
