Theme AuthorHello there,
you can use the new editor block to compose your posts. Just use the column block:
https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/columns-block/Hope this helps :)
Best,
Ricardo P.Thank you, but what about columns for each post that is displayed on the main blog page. I would like to have multiple post layout, if possible.

Theme AuthorHello there,
I think you mean how to set two columns (image left and text right). Is it correct?
Then you need to use Featured images with different proportions. About how featured images are shown in the homepage, posts will adapt automatically according to shape and orientation of the Featured Image you set — portrait, landscape, or square. Here you have the different orientations and their layout:

Thank you!
Ricardo P.Okay, gotcha! One more thing, how do I get to display the excerpt and the “read more” as pictured in the layouts? Currently, I do not see it on my blog page.

Theme AuthorHello again!
Janice show by default the full post in the homepage. If you want to change this, you can add the read more tag:
https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/more-block/ (in new WordPress editor)
https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/more-block/2/ (old WordPress editor)Also you can add custom excerpts (best for SEO): https://en.support.wordpress.com/excerpts/
Hope this helps,
Ricardo P.Thank you!
