Moving theme from wrong site to the right one
I’m tech-challenged. I just bought “Christopher” for a new website that’s being built (with professional help) at http://wordpress.ronfranscell.com. But I messed up and it loaded at http://franscellr.wordpress.com. (When it’s live it will all move to http://ronfranscell.com).
Is it possible to either move Christopher or reload it at the correct site? How can I get it to its proper place without incurring a whole new $75 fee? And how can I get WordPress staff support?
The blog I need help with is franscellr.wordpress.com.
Thank you for writing and using Christopher.
Let’s go to add a WordPres.com staff member in order to get helps to solve your issue.
Thank you again!

Hi there, let’s get this sorted out. :)
The only WordPress.com site I see on this account is:
This is not a valid WordPress.com address: http://wordpress.ronfranscell.com
I checked ronfranscell.wordpress.com just in case you’d reversed the two parts of the URL, but that site does not exist.
Is it possible you’re actually working on a self-hosted site, where you run the WordPress software on your own hosting?
That’s usually the kind of site for which you would get professional help. I’d suggest asking the folks helping build your site to confirm whether it’s self-hosted.
You can learn here about the differences between self-hosted and WordPress.com sites:
If your new site is self-hosted, you can issue yourself a refund for Christopher in your dashboard, or I can take care of it for you.
If your new site is a WordPress.com site, could you please verify the address so I can find the site?
