Moving static section on home page

  Hey. Is there a way to move the static content on the home page a few sections down? Right now our website looks like in the template:
  -Banner
  -Static Content
  -Recent Projects
  -Secondary Video
  -Footer

  I would love if the static content could move down after recent projects or secondary video.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
