    Hello,

    I have added a slideshow to my homepage but I think it is too large. How do I edit the size to make the slideshow frame smaller?

    Thank you!

    The blog I need help with is valerenebespokejewellery.com.au.

    Hey valerenebespokejewellery!

    There are a couple of ways you can approach this – by changing just that individual slideshow, or by adding some CSS to change all slideshows.

    If you’d like to change them all, try adding this snippet into your CSS file in the Customizer:

    .entry-content .slideshow-window {
    	width: 75%;
    	margin: 0 auto 24px;
    }

    You can change the width to a larger or smaller percentage if you’d like.

    If you’d like to target just the slideshow(s) on the home page, we can make the CSS a little bit more specific by adding in the page ID.

    You can use your theme’s browser tools to find the page ID.

    Follow the steps on that page for your preferred browser. When they open up on your screen, scroll through the code to find the <body> tag, and look at the classes.

    In this case, the ID class is page-id-143 so your CSS would look like this:

    .page-id-143 .entry-content .slideshow-window {
    	width: 75%;
    	margin: 0 auto 24px;
    }

    Try that out and let me know how it goes! :)
