    Hi –

    I’m having issues with video not loading on the mobile site. When I go to Google Search Control is telling me both that ‘content is too wide for the screen’ and ‘clickable elements are too close together’. And it’s not a connectivity issue because it’s loading fine on my desktop at the same internet connection. Any suggestions?

    And I also want to know if it’s possible to remove the second video from the homepage on the Swell theme? I can just delete it, but it leaves and empty box – is there a quick fix for this?

    Hi Patrick,

    Background videos do not play on mobile devices. You will need to set the fall back image. For the secondary video section, make sure there is nothing entered in the Excerpt field for your Home page.

    Thanks – where do I set the fall back image? The Background image section doesn’t seem to make a difference to this.

    And where do I find the excerpt field for the home page? Just leaving the ‘secondary video’ field blank doesn’t work, it leaves an empty box.

    The background image for the secondary video section is the featured image for your home page: https://wordpress.com/theme/swell/setup

    Pull up the edit screen for your home page, and then scroll down until you see the excerpt field.
