  How can I make the Thumbnail pics larger for when they show up in the Following Readers section (so that people can see a larger image). My thumbnails seem rather small.

  unfortunately this is not a theme option. I’m so sorry that I can not help you further. I hope you like the Kiore Moana theme anyways.
