Logo suddenly way too small

A few days ago it was normal size and now you can barely read the logo. Wondering why it suddenly changed size? My file size is 1500 x 1500 but its still showing as super small. I also tried completely removing and reuploading the image to the site but I haven’t had any luck.

yes, very strange. We are able to reproduce the issue in our demo site. It seems WordPress.com has changed something in their part and this affect the logo size.
You can solve this by visiting your Media Settings Page:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/media-settings/Then, change the “Thumbnail Size” to your desired size (for example 400px x 400px).
Save and check your website.
