Logo and tagline not showing
So sorry to hear about this. Would you mind heading to the old admin screen for your site then click Appearance → Theme Options. Open up the Header and logo panel and make sure that the ‘Enable custom logo image’ and ‘Display tagline’ options are checked.

Yes, I have already uploaded a logo multiple times via the new-look CMS. It is showing as the favicon.
However, when I upload via your WP-Admin link, after uploading, it gives me the option to “insert into post”, which doesn’t make sense as I’m not editing a post. It also gives me the option to “save all changes”, clicking either of these does not give a feedback message that the logo has been uploaded.
And just a question about social links – am I able to add Youtube?
When I go to WP-Admin, there isn’t an option.
When I go to Customizer, I have set it there, but it isn’t showing.

That’s right; you want to upload a .jpg or .png logo. Click ‘Insert into post’ and then click ‘Save changes’. Please make sure the ‘Enable custom logo image’ option is also checked.
As it tuns out, Shelf doesn’t have a built-in YouTube icon. Instead, you might like to add a link to your main menu for YouTube and I’d be happy to help you change the color of this link to red (or any color you like).

You requested user access to our website, which I granted a couple of days ago.
Please URGENTLY let me know if this is a fault with your theme or if I must engage with WordPress.
Just to let you know, I stopped trying to upload an image, and used the URL rather and clicked “SAVE CHANGES”. Fortunately this seemed to work.
