Like the lay-out change

I’ve been using the Duet theme for almost a year. I do love this theme, it’s very elegant, but I was frustrated with the “off-kilter” look of the sidebar on the main page, and the lack of a footer. I think incorporating social media icons and other updated information is important to blogging because they add a sense of community. On a whim yesterday, I changed the format to allow for the sidebar and I noticed that there is more room, giving the design a cleaner and more balanced look. For those bloggers who want a good looking sidebar as part of their blog design, this is a wonderful option!
